On September 2nd, Mr. Wang Chao, President of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA) and Vice-Chairperson of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National People’s Congress of China, met with a delegation headed by H.E.Toomas Kivimägi, First Vice President of the Parliament of Estonia and Chairman of the Estonia-China Parliamentary Friendship Group. Mr. Wang Chao mainly briefed on the essence of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and exchanged views with the Estonian side on China-Estonia relations, China-Europe relations, exchanges between legislative bodies of the two countries and the current international and regional situations as well as other issues of common interest. Mrs. Guo Xiaomei, Chinese Ambassador to Estonia, Amb. Zou Xiaoli, Vice-President of the CPIFA, and Mr. Hannes Hanso, Estonian Ambassador to China, were present at the meeting.

After visiting Beijing, the delegation is also going to visit  Zhangjiajie and Shenzhen in the coming days.
