Vice President Liang Jianquan met with Professor Žaneta Ozoliņa of the Department of Political Science of University of Latvia on 9 November, 2018. The two sides exchanged views on China-Latvia, China-Europe relations and other issues of common interest. Latvian Ambassador to China H.E. Mr. Māris Selga was present at the meeting.
