Finnish Parliament Speaker Heinäluoma Visits China

At the invitation of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA), Mr. Eero Heinäluoma, Speaker of the Parliament of Finland, visited Beijing from 12 to 14 June 2013.
During his stay in Beijing, Mr. Zhang Dejiang, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPC), Mr. Yu Zhengsheng, Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Mr. Zhou Xiaochuan, Vice Chairman of CPPCC National Committee and Governor of the People’s Bank of China, and Mr. Li Zhaoxing, Honorary President of CPIFA, met with Mr. Heinäluoma. The two sides exchanged views on China-Finland relations, cooperation on trade and investment, cooperation between the two top legislatures as well as prospects of China’s economic development.
