At the invitation of the CPIFA, Mr. Tony Blair, former Prime Minister of UK, visited China from 26 to 28 April. Vice Premier Wang Qishan met with Mr. Blair. The two sides exchanged views on world political and economic situation and China-UK economic cooperation. Mr. Blair was also received by Mr. Ning Gaoning, President of COFCO, Mr. Jiang Jianqing, Board Chairman of ICBC, Mr. Gao Xiqing, General Manager of CIC, and Mr. Gao Jian, Vice President of CDB.
