At the invitation of the Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA), the 2^nd Diplomat Delegation from Myanmar visited Beijing, Qingdao and Guangzhou from March 20 to March 26. In Beijing, Mr. Huang Xingyuan, Vice President of CPIFA and Mr. Hong Liang, Deputy Director General of Department for Asian Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, met with and hosted dinners in honor of the ten-member delegation respectively. The delegation also conducted discussions with Senior Executives of China Power Investment Corporation and CNPC South-East Asia Pipeline Co.,Ltd. In Guangdong and Qingdao, officials from local government and companies met with the delegation and hosted dinner in their honor. The two sides exchanges views on bilateral relations, domestic situation in Myanmar and issues of mutual concern.
