At the invitation of the Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA), the 81^st US Congressional Staff Delegation composed of 8 members organized by the US-Asia Institute visited Beijing, Kashgar and Urumqi successively from April 17 to 25. During the visit in Beijing, Amb. Chen Yonglong, Vice President of the CPIFA, official from the China Investment Corporation and from the Department of North American and Oceanian Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs met with or hosted banquets respectively in honor of the delegation. The two sides exchanged views on social and economic development of China, China-US relations and other issues.
