At the invitation of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs, HRH Prince Andrew, The Duke of York, UK, visited Beijing as Special Representative of International Investment and Trade of UK from 24 to 26 March 2010. Vice Premier Wang Qishan, Commerce Minister Chen Deming and Vice Foreign Minister Fu Ying met with him. The two sides exchanged views on China-UK cooperation in trade and investment. Prince Andrew also attended the signing ceremony of the Joint Development Agreement on the Curtis LNG Project in Australia between China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) and BG group.
