On February 18th, Yang Tao, Vice President of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA), met with Ms. Marion Bertagna, the representative of the France-China Foundation in China. They exchanged views on the  preparation of the China-France Track Two High-Level Dialogue and the China-France Young Leaders Program，and agreed to make joint efforts.
