On August 19, 2024, Ambassador Wang Yu, Vice President of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs, met with H.E. Jose Maria Figueres, former President of Costa Rica. Amb. Wang  briefed the latter the essence of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. They also exchanged views on cooperation between the two sides.
