On the afternoon of March 25 local time in San Diego, Amb. Lie Jie, Vice President of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA), met with Ms. Monge, Executive Director of ICAL (Instituto de Ciencias Alejandro Lipschutz) subordinated to the Communist Party of Chile.
