On the morning of March 22 local time in Buenos Aires, Amb. Li Jie, Vice President of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA) met with Mr. Francisco de Santibanes, President of Argentine Council on Foreign Affairs (CARI). They had in-depth exchanges on strengthening cooperation between think tanks of the two nations and advancing bilateral relations. The two sides signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation before the meeting.
