On Nov. 2, Amb. Li Jie, Vice President of the Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs, met with H. E. Somsavat Lengsavad, former Deputy Prime Minister of Laos in Vientiane. They exchanged views on jointly building of the Belt and Road, China-Laos cooperation and people-to-people exchanges.
