On Oct. 31, Amb. Li Jie, Vice President of the Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs, met with H. E. Nyugen Van Tho, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam-China Friendship Association and former Vice Foreign Minister of Vietnam in Hanoi. They exchanged views on bilateral relations, global governance and topics of common interest.
