On Oct. 31, Amb. Li Jie, Vice President of the Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs met with H. E. Tran Dac Loi, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Peace and Development Foundation, former Executive Vice Chairman of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee's Commission for External Affairs in Hanoi. They exchanged views on international and regional affairs, bilateral relations and people-to-people interaction.
