On June 1st, Mrs. Shi Ling, Vice President of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA), met with Lord Peter Benjamin Mandelson, a British Labor Party member of the House of Lords and chairman of the strategic advisory firm Global Counsel as well as former First Secretary of State and Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills. The two sides exchanged views on China-UK relations, China-Europe relations and other issues of common concern.
