On February 25, Maj. Gen.(ret.) Amos Yadlin, Executive Director of the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS), sent a letter to President Wang Chao, saying that the Israeli friends at INSS are with the Chinese people when China is going through a difficult health crisis, which he wish would soon be overcome. He also believed the cooperation between the two institutions would continue and the friendship would stay intact.
