On June 28th, the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA) and the Argentina Embassy was held in CPIFA. The MoU on cooperation and exchanges was signed by H.E. Ambassador Wu Hailong, President of the CPIFA and H.E. Mr. Diego Ramiro Guelar, Argentina Ambassador to China. Under the terms of the memorandum, both sides agree to develop exchanges and cooperation on the basis of mutual respect, equality and mutual benefit. Ambassador Ou Boqian, Vice President of CPIFA, was present at the ceremony.
