On April 19th, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang  met with former Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien. The two sides exchanged views on Sino-Canadian relations. Amb. Wu Hailong, President of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs（CPIFA） was present at the meeting. Jean Chretien visited China at the invitation of CPIFA.
