At the invitation of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA), the 102nd U.S. Congressional Staff Delegation organized by U.S.-Asia Institute visited Beijing, Shenzhen and Guilin from March 27 to April 4. During their stay in Beijing, Amb.Chen Naiqing, Vice President of CPIFA and officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs met with the delegation respectively. The delegation also held discussions with the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and China Institute for International Strategic Studies. The two sides exchanged views on China-US relations, strategic security and issues of common concern.
