At the invitation of the CPIFA, Dr. Norbert Roettgen, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of German Bundestag, visited Beijing from April 4. to 6. During the visit, Mme. Fu Ying, Chairperson of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National People’s Congress, Mr. Guo Yezhou, Vice Minister of the International Liaison Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Mr. Wang Chao, Vice Foreign Minister and Amb. Sun Rongmin, Vice President of CPIFA met with the delegation and exchanged views on Chinese-German relations, international and regional situation as well as hotspot issues of common concern.
