Ambassador Lu Shumin, Executive Vice President of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA) met with and hosted a lunch in honor of the Honorable John Manley, former Deputy Prime Minister of Canada on 16 March, 2016. H.E. Guy Saint-Jacques, Canadian Ambassador to China and Ambassador Chen Naiqing, Vice President of CPIFA were present. The two sides exchanged views on bilateral relations, China’s foreign policy and other issues of common concern.
