At the invitation of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA), Afghan Badakhshan Provincial Delegation visited Xinjiang and Beijing from 20th to 25th September. During the delegation’s stay in China, Ms. Yorgouri Japar, Vice Chairwoman of the Standing Committee of the 12th Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Regional People’s Congress, Ambassador Peng Keyu, Vice President of CPIFA, and Mr. Xiao Qian, Ambassador for Asian Affairs of MFA, met with or hosted the dinner for the delegation. The two sides exchanged views on the China-Afghanistan friendship, bilateral cooperation in various fields, and other issues of common interest.
