At the invitation of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA), the India Media Delegation visited Beijing and Xi’an from 12th to 18th April. During their stay in China, Ambassador Yang Wenchang, President of CPIFA, and relevant officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs met with them respectively. The delegation also held discussions with People’s Daily, China International Institute for Strategic Society and China Institutes of Contemporary Relations. The two sides exchanged views on the China-India relations, the future cooperation in various fields, and other issues of common interest.
