At the invitation of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA), “Embassy Connections Canada”Delegation visited Beijing and Shanghai from October 12 to 18. Ambassador Lu Shumin,Executive Vice President of CPIFA, met with the delegation and hosted a luncheon  in its honor. The delegation also met with officials from All-China Women’s Federation, Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and China Foundation for Peace and Development, and held discussions with Bombardier China office. In Shanghai, the delegation visited Shanghai Jing’an District Women’s Federation, a local Community Cultural Activity Center in Shanghai.
