Honorary President Li Zhaoxing Paid a Successful Visit to Slovenia and Czech

From 30 August to 6 September 2014, at the invitation of Slovenian Vice Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec and Czech-China Chamber of Collaboration, Honorary President Li Zhaoxing visited Slovenia and Czech with a CPIFA delegation.
During the stay in Slovenia, Mr. Li Zhaoxing attended the opening ceremony of Bled Strategic Forum 2014 and participated in the discussions on “The Philosophy of Leadership” in the session of Leaders’ Forum. Additionally, he also met the former Slovenian President Danilo Türk and the incumbent Speaker Milan Brglez respectively.
During the stay in Czech, the Industry and Trade Minister Jan Mladek hosted a welcome dinner in honor of the CPIFA delegation. And at the Minister’s invitation, Honorary President Li Zhaoxing and Vice President Sun Rongmin of CPIFA attended his think-tank workshop, exchanged views on China-Czech relations and international and regional hotspot issues with Czech friends from different sectors of life. The Deputy Speaker Zdenĕk Škromach of Czech Senate also met and had dinner with them. Besides, Mr. Li visited the Chinese Embassy, shared his views and experience with the young diplomats, and encouraged them to contribute their knowledge and wisdom to China’s diplomacy.
