On January 8, Amb. Peng Keyu, Vice President of Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA), met with and hosted a welcoming dinner in honor of H.E. Mr. Jorge Quiroga, Former President of Bolivia, H. E. Mr. Andres Pastrana, Former President of Columbia and H. E. Mr. Martin Terrijos, Former President of Panama. The two sides exchanged in-depth views on China-Lantin American relations and issues of mutual concern.
