At the invitation of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA), Mr. Laurent Fabius, former Prime Minister of France, visited China from March 8 to 14. Ambassador Cheng Tao, Vice President of CPIFA met with Mr. Fabius. The two sides exchanged views on G20 and sovereign debt crisis in Europe. Mr. Fabius also visited Shanghai and Tianjin. In Shanghai he participated in academic activities organized by China Europe International Business School. In Tianjin he discussed with his host ways to strengthen cooperation between the city of Rouen and Tianjin.
