On June 3, the International Peoples’ Diplomacy Forum was held by Russian Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly in Moscow. Ms.Shi Ling, Vice President of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA) attended the forum and delivered a video keynote speech in the session of “The role of scientific diplomacy in maintaining sustainable development”.
